Refund policy

At ADITYA CREATION, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
The product must not be damaged due to customer use or mishandling.
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
Customized or made-to-order products.
Gift cards (if applicable).
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos of the product
Photos of the package received

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for placing the order.
Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval. The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for products that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, eligible products may still be returned under this Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
